Gestalt Psychotherapy (Individual)
One-on-one work – in person or online. The focus is on raising awareness of emotions, patterns of behaviour, and the way you establish contact with yourself and others. There are no ready-made recipes, but there is a process during which you can explore, understand, and change what no longer serves you.
Body and Energy-Enriched Psychotherapy
When it is meaningful and when the client desires it, I incorporate knowledge from yoga and energy techniques—Reiki and PEAT—into the work. The body often says what words cannot. Sometimes, one conscious movement, breath, or silence is enough to initiate a deeper understanding.
Online Psychotherapy
Za sve koji ne žive u Beogradu ili jednostavno više vole rad iz svog prostora. Online rad se odvija putem WhatsApp, Instagrama, Zooma, GoogleMeets i podjednako su duboke i podržavajuće kao i rad uživo.
