In psychotherapy, I don't look for what is wrong with you, but rather where you have moved away from yourself. I believe that everyone carries within themselves the strength to recognise what they need and to make a change. My task is not to fix you, but to accompany you as you slowly come closer to yourself.
I work from the perspective of of Gestalt psychotherapy, which believes that growth and change happen when we become aware of who we are – here and now. This means that in therapy, we deal not only with "problems," but with the entire experience: thoughts, emotions, the body, and contact with yourself and others. We learn to recognise what we feel, how we act, what we avoid, and where we hold ourselves back.
I believe that change comes from presence, not from pressure. That is why we create a safe space where there is no judgement. Here, you can be who you are, even when it is difficult, confusing, or beautiful. My approach is warm, attentive, and sometimes direct, but always aimed at jointly listening to the rhythm of your process.
In my work, I also use my life experiencebut not as a recipe, but as a drop of compassion and understanding. I believe in the value of personal transformation because I have gone through it myself. This makes me even more open to the diversity of your stories, challenges, and paths.
Besides the Gestalt method, my understanding of the human being is enriched by years of practice in yoga and energy techniques. These skills teach me to listen deeper, be present, and recognise when the body, and when the soul, needs attention.
I do not believe in ready-made solutions. I believe in the processIn the rhythm of every client. In the silence that speaks. In small shifts that bring great relief. And in those moments when a person, for the first time after a long time, feels authentically "themselves" again.
That is why I do this work.
That is what drives me.
That is where you can arrive, too.
Love your day. And everything it holds.
