How do I know if therapy is for me?

If you feel you are "stuck," if you find it difficult to understand yourself or your relationships, if emotions are overwhelming you or you don't feel them at all, these are already good reasons to seek support. You don't have to wait for "rock bottom" to start therapy. It is enough to have a desire for things to change.

What if I don't know what to say in therapy?

That is completely fine. Many people start that way. Your silence is not an obstacle; it can be the beginning of an important conversation. There is no pressure; we will start with what is present in that moment. In therapy, it is safe to be there with everything you feel: sadness, anger, confusion, fear, joy... everything has the right to appear.

Koja je cena termina?

Cenu termina možeš saznati slanjem poruke na neki od mojih contacts..

How often do I go to therapy?

We usually meet once a week, at an agreed-upon time. This continuity is important for the process to develop. Sometimes, depending on the topic or need, the rhythm may be different—we agree on it together.

How long does therapy last?

That depends on what you want to achieve. Sometimes a few meetings are enough to look at a current situation, and sometimes a longer process is needed. Therapy is not a race; it is important that you move at your own pace.

Is online therapy as effective as in-person therapy?

Yes. Many clients choose online work and have deep, supportive experiences. The key thing is the relationship we build, and that can develop through the screen as well.

Do you use yoga, breathing, or energy practices during sessions?

Only if you wish to. Therapy is primarily conversation and encounter. If we feel that connecting with the body or breath would be beneficial at some point, we can introduce it, but nothing is mandatory. Every session is adapted to you.
