Your day shouldn't be something you merely overcome, where joy is absent, and you can barely wait for it to end.
If you find it hard to get out of bed. If the feeling of emptiness catches up with you in the evening.
If you are walking through the day as if through a fog, perhaps it is time to pause. To seek support.
You don't have to know exactly what is troubling you. It is enough to feel that you no longer want things to be this way.
That is already a start. You do not have to be alone on that path.
I understand what it looks like when old patterns are collapsing, and new ones have not yet arrived.
I went through my own transformation, and today, as a psychotherapist,I provide a space where you can explore who you are,
how you breathe, and what you truly need.
